We are thrilled to announce that Montserrat Argelagués, Lucta’s Head of Ingredients and Technologies Unit, will be presenting the poster “Dog Preferences for Palatants based on Non-Animal Thermal-Processed Flavors” at the 17th International Weurman Flavor Research Symposium, taking place from September 24-27, at Wageningen University & Research in The Netherlands.
The Symposium will feature keynote lectures, scientific talks, and a range of presentations on cutting-edge topics such as multimodal flavor perception, flavor generation, and new analytics tools for flavor analysis.
